Exchange & Replacement Policy

At Hussain Leathers, we do not offer returns or refunds.

However, if a product arrives damaged during delivery, customers may request an exchange or replacement within 3 days of receiving the order.

To qualify for a replacement or exchange:

* The product must be reported as damaged within 3 days of delivery.

* Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging must be provided.

* The item must remain unused and in its original condition.

Once the claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
